2019 Final Dividend

Further to an announcement released on 27 March 2020, subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM to be held on 14 May 2020, the 2019 Final Dividend of 133 pence per ordinary share will be paid in the form of ordinary shares. The expected timetable of events is:

Ex div	9 April 2020
Record date	14 April 2020
Payment date	22 May 2020
